I bought these because I like to switch up vitamins twice a year. I do forget to take these everyday but when I do I notice I have more energy. I started off taking 1 pill and finally taking 2 because of the time of the year. You must eat with these, at least for me, or else the urge to puke comes! Does make your urine a fluorescent color but what vitamin doesn’t. Haven’t taken them to long to notice all of the benefits! Recommend!!!

Love the ingredients and amounts used. Usually, with a multivitamin, you look at the nutrition facts & ingredients & feel like they just threw a bunch of low quality ingredients in. This product has a lot of higher quality ingredients that improve absorption & it’s apparent. Plus it has a cool label.

Rarely am I compelled to write a product review but holy cow this vitamin warrants it. Tried this as a last-ditch effort after suffering from a whole series of health issues I sensed was linked to nutrient deficiencies. I’d tried so many men’s-specific multivitamins (most more expensive than these) and high-power probiotics, all in vain; and then Thorne came along and suddenly I feel so much better. Definitely recommend!

I recently purchased Thorne 2 a day Basic Nutrients Multivitamin. I’ve been using them for about two weeks and they’ve been fine. My priorities in a multivitamin that led me to these were: capsules not tablets (hard to swallow), less than 3 pills per does (these are two pills daily), and my own personal preferences for vitamin quantities in the mix. These met those requirements.
For example, I appreciate that these provide M-4 Vitamin K2, Copper, and Iodine. I also appreciated the amounts of the more common vitamins. These are low in Magnesium, but I take that separately anyway for Keto.
However, the pills smell and taste horrible. A lot of multivitamins, especially caplets, taste terrible though, so I would not consider that a negative relative to their competitors. That said, the second I find a brand with similar qualities but no bad smell or taste, I’m jumping ship.
Honestly, I don’t think most people will notice or feel any improvements or changes from most vitamins in the short term unless they are aware of their own personal nutritional deficiencies. Very high doses of Vitamin B complex can sometimes give you more noticeable energy and Magnesium and quickly eliminate muscle spasms/cramps, but that’s about it.
I see some reviews mentioning negative response to mentholated B vitamins. I haven’t noticed any negative reactions . As of now, I would not let that prevent trying these unless you are already aware you have an issue with methylated vitamins (I’m not even sure that’s a real issue).
Its extremely difficult to get verifiable third party assessments of vitamin vendor quality. It appears Thorne is pretty highly regarded, but I wish there more more nationally recognized sources providing this assessment.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with this product. I do feel the price is high, so I will be trying different multivitamin brands over time, to find the right mix at the right price. But so far I think Thorne multivitamins are pretty good. My preferred vendor supplements is Now Supplements, but I think Thorne has some better or more interesting options that come at a higher price.

Took for 2 months didn’t feel any difference. But like that Thorne uses clean ingredients. Willing to try other Thorne products.

So I’ve been taking this every day for the past 2 years, but I only take 1 a day because I eat a relatively diverse diet already so 1 is sufficient. I haven’t noticed any negative effects that some reviewers had mentioned. If you have a well rounded diet you can skip getting it, otherwise I would recommend it. I’ve noticed a slight difference in the powder within the pill from bottle to bottle, but the smell and taste which is not the most appealing stays the same.
