One bottle was all it took to fix up an ankle sprain that had plagued me for a year. After one month, I stopped taking it when the bottle ran out. That was a mistake. I had some withdrawal symptoms in the form of relentless itching that lasted a few days. For this reason , while I believe this worked wonders on a problem that even time would not heal, I think you have to treat this supplement with respect. I am back on it three years later for another ankle injury. This time, I am going to taper down the dose from 4 per day, to three, then to two, and then one until the bottle is gone. I don’t want to be a downer, because I did the research and see little evidence of toxicity, but at least for me, I don’t think this is suitable for ongoing long term use [though it may be fine to do this at at lower doses for specific concerns], but I have no problem taking it at a dose of 2000-2500 mg/day, then tapering down, to treat a specific injury. I had cancelled two sports events due to my most recent injury, but after just three days back on cissus, I participated in both.

I was working under my truck. I had to get under and up over and over. Then I worked in the cab on something that could only be screwed and unscrewed lying sideways over the seat.
That night I had an ache in the middle of my back which woke me up. I took a couple of those tiny coated aspirins and a cissus pill, telling myself if I still couldn’t sleep I could get up again and take naproxen sodium. Within an hour the pain went completely away. Was it the aspirin? No. The pain stayed away the next morning with no further pain killers.
Cissus works by directing increased blood flow to the site of a bone or cartilage injury.

A good cissus product, like a hundred others on Amazon, but going to be switching to another company because this company always seems to have issues with delivery. Also, does cissus help with pain from a price gouge?? $5 increase in a week!!

I haven’t gotten anything from Cissus since supplement companies use to lace it with anabolics back in the 80s lol.

Loved this ! My endocrinologist recommended this. My job as a nurse requires me to lift newborns out of their cribs and I could barely do my job! Within a few weeks, I had complete range of motion to the left shoulder. No pain! I was fearful that I need surgery for that left shoulder. I took it for 6 months and had no shoulder pain for years. I plan to resume cissus because I now have lower back pain due to degenerative discs disease in my lumbar and sacral area. Had a steroid injection and it worked for 5 days but the spasms have returned . I had to stop the Motrin due to being in the ER with BP 204/128 . I am hoping that the cissus will have the same results as previously!

My knee bothered me for 7 years. I was ready to give up and just assume I would never be able to walk to the park to play with my kids.
