Contains both pro + prebiotics. Would be great if they had a non sugar-coated version. Comes in 30 instead of usual 90 pieces

They are tasty. Hopefully they are effective. But the packaging is so misleading I thought I had been sent an open bottle that had most missing — nope, it was sealed. 30 gummies for $12+ /bottle or .41 cents each. But the packaging…. It’s ridiculous. See my photo — freshly opened, zero eaten.

I caught a stomach bug that I couldn’t fully recover from (after the main symptoms subsided). Within 3 days of taking these, I was regular and cramp free. The only issue I have is that they are so delicious and I want to eat more than one.
