It really helped with managing stress and panic attacks . My wife and me both felt it helped in managing extreme bouts of panic and stress . We take one every night . Sleep is also better . So far no side effects. But if you take one in the morning it makes you drowsy .

I started taking this product 60 days ago, and I’m already seeing excellent results. My knee which needs a TKR has eased up with pain and increased in functionality. I went for a four mile run just yesterday. I moved so well, I couldn’t believe it. Cycling, did one of my usual routes and PR’d the F out of it. Dialed back the dosage to just one a day. Three in one day is way too much for me. The taste is awful. A very bitter pill to swallow.

Not working in body properly , because the dose recommend for body is 600Mg at a time / serving .And it gives us 1000Mg which is not properly usable or Selenium and Molbidium not present that why it’s a also factor for not properly working in body.

After I purchased this supplement, I read that it increases the risk of initiation and growth of certain cancers. These experiments have been done in mice, so the applicability to humans isn’t clear.
I am unable to comment on the quality of these tablets, which I haven’t taken.
