I haven’t started using these yet, but as I’ve increased my intake of Vitamin D3 since my blood work came back a few years ago, saying I was deficient in it, I put it up to 2 1,000IU, but I do prefer to take more of this, especially as you get older. I was informed I needed to use more, so this is 1 tablet daily, again works out less expensive, so good buy. Will probably re-order once I have used them for a little while.

When the doc starts to nag after reviewing your blood work you know it is time to do some research for your daily vitamin. I happened to be vitamin deficiency and yes on the super low side. I decided to add more time to my daily walk with the sun shining on face and that did not work at all. My search began and this happened to be the first thing I stumbled on. Long story short after half of year I went back and check I am completely back to normal with vitamin in take so you know this products absorb pretty well and on top of that it is soft and easy to swallow. So try it !

I read where vitamin D was lacking in people who have RA. I have severe RA & anything I can do on my own rather than resorting to prescription meds, I’ll try. Will say the weather changes haven’t been as hard on me as they usually are. Have been taking 3 a day.

I have been taking one of these D3 caps a day for a little over a week now, and I already feel the difference. We have been having an extremely dreary winter here in Upstate NY, easily going more than a week with no sunshine. My energy level was in the dumps (as was my overall mood), and I was not getting restful sleep at night after slogging through days that felt like it was eternally 5am. I was having a hard time staying awake past lunchtime. So I started taking these at lunch, and in a few days I noticed I was awake in the afternoon, had some energy, was starting to fall into a decent sleep/wake cycle, and felt much better. The caps are very small and easy to swallow. They really don’t have a flavor if you hold it in your mouth a few seconds (I tried just to see), they just get slippery. Kind of amazing such a tiny thing can be so powerful. And the bottle lasts a year. I will probably continue them even into the summer, but will definitely be sure to be taking them when the days get shorter. The expiration date allows plenty of time to suspend use if you choose without worrying about wasting them. I got the 5000iu and would recommend it to anyone needing a good daily dose of oomph in the winter!

I struggle to find supplements I can tolerate because I’m allergic to corn, and almost all supplements include either corn or corn derivatives. I tolerate this Vitamin D well, and I’m relieved and so, so grateful💚
