I’m getting older, (sucks, but it happens). My body has always had a hard time absorbing the nutrients from OTC vitamins. These natural vitamins are what my body has been craving! I am feeling more energetic and having less of those bothersome aches and pains. Wish I had found these years ago!

I have been using nature’s Way alive 50 plus for several years. I believe they meet my needs. The tablet is larger than the normal multivitamin because of the extra ingredients included. So it can be a little difficult to swallow for some. But I don’t have a problem with it. The taste of the tablet is tolerable.
I do recommend these multivitamins to anyone 50 plus that is looking for formula that includes extra nutrition.
