Love how these work! Nails are nice, hair is stronger. They did come as one lump from the AZ heat, but pulled them out and meticulously separated them! No issues in taking them.
This last bottle the pills are yellow. I see a tiny notice on the bottle that says new color, same great product.

I looked into so many different products. Some costing over $40 for a 30 day supply but I’m not convinced they worked so I decided to give this a try because of the reviews and the price. It works!!! I can’t say I got a lot of new hair but it is so much longer and thicker. I’m almost done with my first bottle.
I would just caution you that your hair will grow everywhere and that’s how I knew it was working lol!!! I have to shave twice as often so that’s the only reason why I won’t use another bottle back to back. I May just give it a brake for a few months and take another one. But great product!!!

I have told many friends how well Biotin helps with my nails as well as my hair and skin. I have major issues with nails splitting but taking Biotin keeps that from happening.

Started using this along with rosemary oil to stop and hopefully reverse my male pattern baldness. From everything I’ve read, it should take about 6 months from the time I started to see any results. I’ll try to update this review after June 2023, but if it works I might be out socializing and forget until summer is over.
Overall, easy to open the bottle, pill has neutral flavor and is easy to swallow, with or without a drink.

This supplement works great for my husband who is almost 70 and he noticed that his hair, especially eyebrows are returning to their brown color. He hasn’t noticed that his hair is any thicker (which is the primary reason we purchased this product) but he’s very happy that his gray hair seems to be darkening. I tried the supplement for about two weeks and started having stomach issues (which I later read is a side effect for some people). He has never had any stomach sensitivity so he’s going to continue using it. I noticed that the average amount of biotin is typically 1000-5000 mg so at 10,000 mags, this is definitely a mega dose. I was hoping to improve my skin and nails, so I may find one to try at a small dose that will not cause stomach upset.

I notice a difference when I take this vitamin and when I stop for a while. It works great. My nails are strong and my hair grows!
