It’s easy to swallow. Gel cap type, round and small. Great for the mgs. My favorite

I recently went plant based/vegan diet and had to start taking B12 since I was no longer eating red meat or animal diary. I like that the pills are small and coated. They are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. B12 is very important becuase it forms red blood cells and supports brain cell function. This is my second bottle and I take one a day. I haven’t had any issues so I can recomment them.

Definitely my go to. I love the way it makes me feel like I have some energy. A great B vitamin to have and helps with my immune system as well

I have B12 deficiency. My doctor checks my B12 level every year and has been always normal since I started taking this product years ago. It’s well absorbed so I don’t need the B12 injections
