I’ve ordered several different brands of ACV over the last couple of years. Some good, some not so good. This one seems pretty good so far. Have been taking for 9 days and have noticed a decrease in my appetite. I was on Keto for 2 years and then got covid and was down for a month and gave it up to put weight back on. Now it’s time to go back to keto so I thought I would jump start with the ACV pills. This is how I started the first time and lost a total of 82lbs.
These are large, but not impossibly so. They’re is no after taste and no burping later, which is also a problem I’ve had in the past.

While these gummies still have an odd flavor, they are a far sight better than drinking cider vinegar which I have done.
