Medically, I’m required to take this daily…….or something similar. My doc prefers the ingredient in this product to that in Metamucil.
I tried two knock offs that cost less than Benefiber and they tasted funny and made the 4x daily dose really obnoxious.
Funny thing, after using this for months and months, I find that I drink MORE water as a result, a good thing, as the water has a slightly different “feel” as it is swallowed, making the cold tap water more palatable.
If, like me, you need to take this, get the big container as you’ll save money, or go on auto delivery. And, you can rip off the label and just have a white canister on the counter not advertising your fiber needs!

This is super easy to use. Just mix it in with any other supplements. Since there is no flavor, it goes well with anything! The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t come with a scooper. I just use the one from my other BCAA mix but it is still slightly annoying…

I love the product but I have to find another way cause it only lasted me maybe a week or so. The bottle that’s bigger is like 30 bucks. So it’s a no for me. We are in one of the greatest recession’s ever.

Water comment from my GI DOC, you’re welcome. For real, I dislike water and fight constipation. I love this brand and ease on the ol colon as it helps me pack up the poop and glide it right out the booty. It’s not crampy like the medicine they give you.
