Perfect better than others
I’ve been taking these for almost a week, and have noticed I feel less bloated and have more energy (also drinking more water and dieting, so could be that too). Can’t really attest to that too much yet but the taste is not good. If you had the smell of vinegar like me, these are tough. They smell like vinegar, and in turn, make your senses think they taste like it. I’ve found plugging my nose while I chew and then immediately chugging water does help, but still leaves a vinegar taste in your mouth. BUT – I mean, it’s 1,000mg of ACV, so what do you really expect.

If you like the taste of vinegar you will love this. Not sure if it works or not.

Not sure why pain relief is one of the indicators for review because it’s not a Symptom relief component. Flavor is good If results will are seen we’ll provide a follow up.
Let me start with I do not like the liquid or the coating on the pills. So that probably tells you that I’m big on taste. I read reviews of people saying they can eat these like candy that they are that good. Honestly, not THAT amazing but these are good enough for me. The smell of them is stronger than the taste is.
I just became a stay at home mama which means the kitchen is just right there and started bored/stress eating and ended up gaining 10 lbs since end of Sept. So I needed something to help me feel full and keep my mind off the kitchen.
I’ve been taking them mostly everyday for almost two weeks and I noticed the past 3 or 4 days that I’m losing about half a lb a day. Eating less and drinking more liquids.
Needless to say I’m happy And will continue taking these.

These are tart but sweet; I love gummi candy anyway so this does not taste bitter or sour like apple cider vinegar. There is a slight aftertaste of vinegar or tartness but it is very minor in my opinion. It could be in my head, but taking them in the morning before any food, seems to give me a small burst of energy and alertness… I also sometimes take them later in the afternoon to wake me up a bit. Product arrived in good condition; they are not stuck together at all and have a nice dull gloss to them and a chewy bite. Would recommend.

It is much easier to reap the benefits of acv when it’s in a gummy. These are good and I have been able to stave off cravings for sweets and alcohol allowing me
To stick to clean eating and workout routine. This all lead to breaking my plateau. These aren’t magic pills but if you’re putting in the work with the food and movement, reap the benefits of acv this way.

As all the other reviews note, they are delicious. Just like eating candy. As for weight loss, eh. I will say that the first week I ate them, I lost 4 lbs. How, you ask? Well, not to be indelicate, but it was the pooping. Definite increase in the amount of pooping (I went from once a day to three times a day). Increased bathroom trips aside, I was ecstatic, because 4lbs in a week?! Yes please! But then, the weight loss (and additional pooping) just…stopped. I don’t know if I was just all cleaned out or if my body adjusted to the ACV, but the weight plateaued and the trips to the bathroom went back to just once a day. I continued to eat them faithfully, but alas, no other weight loss. Over the following months, the weight crept back up to where I started. A bummer, I know. I finished the bottle and shook my fist at the sky, angry to have been bamboozled by fruit snacks. Fast forward about 6 months of not doing any ACV, and I’m thinking about those 4lbs that I lost when I first started them. Swimsuit season is rapidly approaching, and I’m thinking 4lbs is better than nothing, so I get another bottle. This time, nothing. No weight loss, not even increased pooping. Still delicious candy gummies, but I can’t see any additional benefit to them. So those people who are losing 10 lbs a week on them? I’m happy for them, but I can’t report the same results. I’m sorry. I wish I had better news for you. By all means, buy them if you want to try it (they are tasty!), but it’s not the miracle appetite suppressant/weight loss booster I had hoped for.
