I love these! They’re very tasty and they work! I take them with these probiotic gummies and I’m so glad I got them. They really have helped my tummy issues. The solimo brand hasn’t disappointed me yet. They’re melatonin gummies are great and work too! I got their vitamin gummies as well so I need to start taking those too but at this point won’t doubt it if they will work or not. I’m impressed!

These taste great and are nice and soft. They don’t make my teeth feel like their gonna fall out from chewing lol as for if they work, idk I’ve been taking them for a few days and haven’t really noticed them helping, but I have chronic constipation and have yet to find something that will help me go regularly 😔 gonna keep taking them and see how it goes

It does the work and this is the first time I’m using this brand. I liked a lot. You have to chew them before swallowing and that’s it.

Almost gave up on these but then realized I wasn’t chewing them up as thoroughly as I was supposed to. I literally took 8 one day with no action and was looking at the bottle with hatred and a need to poop when I read the directions again and decided to try one more time and chew them extremely thoroughly before I swallowed. It worked. It still have to take three twice a day to keep things moving but for the price it’s worth it. And they are quite delicious.

Take two a day makes you poop a day. Let me start off by saying that 4 g of fiber per serving is perfect for anyone with a consistent every day bowel movement.

I’ve had the pills, hard to swallow. One gummy product was hard to chew. This was easy to chew and had a great flavor.
